MeXiterranean Year, in which David Moreno & Edgar Rodriguez present their way,
of understanding the Mediterranean and Mexican roots.
The result is the menu "Origin" which is characterised by 13 courses of pre-Hispanic recipes in harmony with the product of the Mediterranean and Mallorca.
